Obeyda, going by the name OB, is a unique character and a great thinker with lots of love for art in general, and painting in particular.  He is bold in work as he is bold in his paintings and that is what makes everything he touches, unique and unforgettable.

As head of Creative at Brick Lane, OB oversees the whole creative process from concept to campaign.  His fine touches and attention to detail allows us to bring to life creative ideas that not only grab the audience’s attention but also helps change their perception.

Over 15 years of experience in providing creative direction for leading global, regional and local brand combined with his passion for art and culture makes him a great leader for the creative team that he is managing.

His extensive skills in team management, brand architecture, strategy planning, corporate communication and copywriting means he is able to lead his department into creating impactful campaigns that deliver results.

Graphic Designer

Sewa Ibrahim

But without the dark we’d never see the stars

Sewa is a great multitalented designer and an important member of the creative team. She has been in love with art since childhood and this is what inspired her to pursue a career in graphic design.  She loves to create beautiful visuals that catch the attraction of the people.

She is also a great colorist and effectively uses that skill to create beautifully designed and well balanced visuals that are easy on the eye yet beautiful to look at.

Another outstanding ability of Sewa is that she is a quick learner and very flexible, she is able to adapt to rapidly changing work environments and as well as ever changing business needs.

Abdulrahman Alani

Questioning the ostensibly unquestionable premises of our way of life is arguably the most urgent of services we owe our fellow humans and ourselves

Abdulrahman, going by the name Abdu, has tremendous passion for drawing, and great love for Film Directing.  Being an Engineering graduate has helped him combine his problem solving mindset with creativity resulting in the ability to develop creative ideas that solves real world problems.

With many years of experience in the field, he fully understands the needs of today’s businesses. His ability to speak in 4 languages, Arabic, English, French and Polish is an added bonus and helps greatly in research as well as development of concepts.

Abdu is a great multitasker and multi-skilled person, he is a great Digital Artist, Character Designer, VFX and GFX specialist as well as photographer and they all help immensely in serving Brick Lane’s clients.

Prusha Khasraw

All that is rare, for the rare

Prusha has passion for writing, storytelling and good eye for design. She has great perception of colors and shapes, this is due to having Chromesthesia, which makes the individual to perceive a non-visual stimulus, like sound, to form a color or shape in the mind of the person.

With her great skills in content creation as well as social and digital strategy planning she is able to develop and utilize today’s digital platforms in a way that serves the client best and delivers great results.

Prusha’s strong belief in digital being the future has led her to explore and experiment different formulas for bringing the best digital strategies to life. A brand that wants to create an impact and standout in today’s digital world needs to hear and see the ideas that Prusha has in mind.

If there was ever a medal in the creative industry for determination and persistence it would have to be awarded to Masoud. He is a very hard working and result orientated Art Director, very passionate about every piece of art he creates and ensures they are delivered in a timely manner.

With 6 years working in the creative field, he has extensive experience in creative advertising, brand communication, digital art and campaign development.

His passion for “everything digital” has naturally pushed him to also become an expert UX-UI designer which is a must skill in today’s digital age.

Masoud knows exactly what is needed to develop advertising campaigns and bring effective concepts to life.

If you don’t like where you are! Move, you are not a tree

Nawal is a writer and a teacher, two skills and experiences that have made her a great asset to Brick Lane.  Her great skills in writing catchy texts and creative thinking has helped the creative team develop great campaigns.

Not only is she a great copywriter, she is also a great source of positive energy in the office, lightening up the mood and lifting the spirit of the team at all times.

Her passion and commitment for work means she is always available and at hand to help when needed.

Mohammed Shakir

Muhammed is a quick learner, he has been able to flourish in Brick Lane in a short amount of time, he loves a challenge, and learning new skills in his field. With his creativity and great sense of teamwork, he is able to bring his designs to life, and his ability to draw and sketch is a bonus when it comes to crafting concepts.

Muhammed is a fan of languages, he knows Arabic, Kurdish, English and Turkish. Besides being a graphic designer for his passion, he is also a construction engineer, he has experience of 2 years in the field, but he channeled his expertise into graphic design and showing his talent in his visuals.

Banu looks at life as an adventure and in pursuit of adventures and further development of her career she decided to move to the creative advertising field. Her past experience in working in corporate fields has developed her into a great organizer, problem solver and an overall professional that is not so easy to find.

Being the adventurous person she is, she never turns away from any challenge, but rather embraces it and over comes it with great passion and success.

Banu has great ability in understanding the needs of today’s brands and she is able to put together the necessary resources to address their needs whether it’s a 360 communication campaign, an on-ground event or a PR activation.

Miran loves the sales environment, with his extensive knowledge in the market as well as his skills in market analysis. He is a man of research, self-education and project management. And he is all about results.

Maria’s love for fashion, designer clothing and social trends has allowed her to become a great Social & Digital Accounts Manager at Brick Lane. She has the unique ability to bring her personal hobbies interests together with her requirements at work to serve the needs of her clients effectively.

She is well versed in the social and digital scenery and utilizes that skill to help strengthen the position of her partner clients in the world of internet. She helps the brands she handles strategize their social and digital visions and working closely with the creative team helps her bring those strategies to life.

Maria loves to be challenged and therefore, no problem is ever big enough to stop her from delivering amazing solutions that actually work.

Her connection to the world of social media influencers is also an added bonus, she is able to quickly connect and negotiate contracts that would mutually benefit both the client and the influencer.

Lewand Abubakir

Lewand is a skilled photographer/videographer, he helps us capture the stories of our company, our products, and our customers. He has passion for photography and videography, as well as a strong understanding of composition, lighting, and editing. He has a great eye for shooting and editing photos and videos for a variety of projects, from residentials, to product photography and events.

Lewand is student of Film in Directing department, he is able to put his education into practice with Brick Lane. He is professional, organized, good at communication and very creative. Lewand is growing with each project he takes on, and he is able to let his guard down to focus on his creativity.

Beside this, Lewand has great love for watching films and making them. This gives him great points when it comes to managing production and the post-production aspect of his work.

Ola is an Arabic Copywriter at Brick Lane, excels in creative thinking and writing. She enjoys painting, singing, and photography.

With two years of experience as a content creator and copywriter, joining Brick Lane has challenged her skills and broadened her industry knowledge.

Known for being creative, collaborative, and flexible. Her passion for storytelling and creativity, nurtured since childhood, drives her career.

Fluent in Arabic, English, and Kurdish, her strongest suit is crafting persuasive content that resonates with audiences and aligns with brand objectives.

Basak Bestun

Basak is an exceptional learner, he is junior designer, but with great potential, he challenges himself every day by learning new skills in his field. His creativity is a great asset to the agency. He loves experimenting on Adobe Premiere and explore his talents.

Basak uses design to bring to life the best strategy the team can curate, this also adds value for the clients, he also works with visual artists, and senior designers to communicate strong brands and stories.

Basak’s creativity extends to videography and photography, he is a great support for our photographers and videographers.

Vina an Account Executive at Brick Lane, excels in organizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and learning quickly. Outside of work, she enjoys DIY projects and learning new languages, with hobbies that include traveling and cultural exploration.

 Vina’s background in communication engineering provided her with strong skills in technical analysis and problem-solving.

Joining Brick Lane marked her first step into the marketing agency realm, where she combines her technical skills with a new interest in creative strategies.

Known for her quick learning, organizational skills, and multitasking ability. Her interest in technology has driven her career path, and she is fluent in Kurdish, with very good proficiency in English and Turkish, and good proficiency in Arabic.

Baha is an Account Executive at Brick Lane, excels in communication and enjoys reading and gaming outside of work. He brings strong skills in translation, problem-solving, and research.

His passion for his field stems from his enjoyment of wordplay and meeting new people.

Fluent in Arabic, with advanced English and conversational Turkish, he is adept at delivering his goals efficiently. Baha’s previous experiences have taught him to prioritize work and to complete tasks thoroughly.

Roy is a creative brand planner with more than 6 years of in-depth work in advertising. Over the course of the past years, Roy worked with renowned multinational agencies like Leo Burnett and TBWA, with a specific focus on the Middle East (Levant and GCC).

He has won multiple accolades in industry award shows around the world include the Cannes Lions advertising festival as well as the region’s Dubai Lynx. His portfolio is versatile and diverse, having worked on a list of regional and international clients like Mercedes-Benz, Louvre Abu Dhabi, and Standard Chartered Bank, as well as local clients and NGOs. Today, he is based in Montreal, Canada.
